Class Bookings
Our Mathathon Website enables parents and/or students to reserve, schedule, purchase, access and attend a wide range Mathematics class, ranging from Primary to Secondary (E-math and A-math inclusive) and Junior College.
New students who have never been to Mathathon, attended any Mathathon class or would like to try for a single session, can make a reservation without signing up on the Mathathon Website through the purchase of a single class pass. More information can be found on www.mathathonsg.com.
To enjoy full access to the Website, you will need to sign up either on the Mathathon Website or through our Front Desk in person and make relevant payment before a booking can be made. Bookings can also be made through at our Front Desk in person, or by contacting Mathathon.
We highly recommend that you plan to be at the class fifteen (15) minutes before the start of your class, to allow for any travel challenges, and simply to give yourself the time to check-in and be “class ready”.
Cancellation Policy for Booked Classes
You can cancel your class booking without any charges or loss of classes from your Class Pack up until 48 hours prior to class commencement time for all classes. Should you not cancel class before this time, or simply not show up for the class, a class will be deducted from your active Class Pack or single class purchase.
Cancellations can be made through the Mathathon Website, Live Chat, at our Front Desk in person or by contacting us.
Late Coming and Early Departure
If you are running late for your booked class, we ask that you call us to let us know you are on the way.
Students are strongly discouraged from leaving the lesson before the end of class, unless in an emergency. If an early departure is made by choice, your class will not be returned.
Classes and Class Packs
Purchases of classes or Class Packs can be made online on the Mathathon Website. Alternatively, payments can be made in person. We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard if you make your purchase through the Mathathon Website. We accept payments via contactless payment and Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards if you make your purchase in person. Your Class Pack will initiate on the date of purchase. You can view all Mathathon classes and class prices on the Mathathon Website.
You cannot gift your classes, redeem them for cash, or sell them outside of Mathathon. Any classes or Class Packs that have been purchased anywhere other than Mathathon will not be honoured.
Classes do expire. The expiration dates of your Class Packs can be found under ‘My Subscription' section of the Website. The validity will also be clearly stated on your Class Pack purchase receipt. Promotional Class Packs may also carry different validity periods. We will send an email notification to the address assigned to your profile a month before the expiration of your package.
Purchased classes are only for the use of the individual that purchased the classes. We will send a notification out via email and SMS a month before the expiration of your Class Pack. If, however, you cannot finish your classes within the allotted validity period, Mathathon will allow up to two (2) validity extensions of one (1) month per extension, per package. These extensions must happen when the package is still active within the validity period.
Should your Class Pack expire, we do allow rollover of expired classes into a newly purchased Class Pack, only if this purchase is made within six (6) months after the expiration date of your expired Class Pack. You cannot rollover classes into a Single Class purchase. The validity of rolled over classes will be in line with the stated validity of your newly purchased Class Pack. You cannot rollover a rolled over class
Future class prices are subject to change, however, Mathathon will honour your class or series of classes until the expiration date and no longer. Terms and conditions may vary for limited edition promotional packs. Please refer to your purchase screen for specific details relating to special pack promotions.
All Class Pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
