Prior to meeting Miss Tan, I was struggling with Mathematics and often got E8, F9 or C6 at best. Miss Tan had been tremendous in helping me to grasp Mathematical concepts, by using examples to explain the questions, and encouraged me to persevere when I was demoralised. I eventually achieved A2 for A-Math and B3 for E-math. Miss Tan's teaching style was different from lessons in school as she was very patient in explaining every question that I had. She was also very encouraging, and when I felt that I had disappointed her with results that were lower than expectations, she never doubted my potential. While she can be strict at times, I am immensely grateful for her constant motivation and helped me to achieve the results that I desired.

Her teaching had definitely helped me improve tremendously. My math improved from a C grade to A in O levels. Even up to now, I still remember the way to do the toughest questions, as her explanations are much easier to understand. She also taught me various methods to tackle questions that may not be taught in school. It was always simpler to apply during exams. She is also very friendly. So whenever I'm in doubt, I will never hesitate to ask her for help.

When I was in Secondary School, I thought I could do without tuition but I scored badly for most of my tests. It was until Secondary 3 when I needed tuition. Thanks to Miss Tan's guidance and encouragement throughout my journey to O level, I managed to get from a D7 to A2. Her teaching style was engaging and understandable where I learnt how to identify and solve challenging questions, which differ from my school's methods.

I used to hate Mathematics before attending her lessons. I jumped from a B4 to A2 right before O levels. More importantly, her teaching methods make Mathematics my favourite subject ever since. She will have multiple teaching methods coupled with comprehensive explanations, which made it easier to excel in Maths. My favourite thing about Miss Tan is her wide range of resources, which really helped me as the assessment books and papers that she carefully gathered was what made me stand out among my peers. Teacher Eve has been teaching me since 2020. Before she started teaching me, my math results were F9s but after, i started getting A1/2s. I really enjoy her lessons as she takes time to slowly teach me the concepts i could not grasp. Miss Tan would make videos of her explanations so I can go back to it and refer whenever I am self-revising. Overall, i think teacher eve is a great and responsible teacher!

I am an ex-student of Miss Tan. I have known Ms Tan for four years, she is a good and experienced tutor, as she made me see noticeable improvement in my math grades. The teachers and curriculum taught at school did not match my learning pace, which made it challenging for me to absorb and reflect on my progress. But Miss Tan helped to break learning down so I could learn in the most understandable and efficient way. I will definitely introduce Mathathon to my relatives and friends.

Her teaching has greatly helped me in learning Mathematics with her methods and explanations. I can understand better than my school's explanation. My initial result for this year's WA2 was a fail and it was far from passing. With Miss Tan's teaching, I managed to improve within 3 months time and passed with flying colours.
