Yes, we offer one-time free trial class for all new students. This allows the student to experience our teaching methodology and classroom environment before making a commitment.

Our classes are intentionally kept small, with an average of 8 to 12 students per class. This allows our tutors to provide individualised attention, address specific student needs, and create an interactive learning environment for all.

We encourage students to attend make-up classes within the same week if they miss a class, subject to availability, and request notification of at least 48 hours in advance.
If a make-up class is not possible, we will provide the missed class's learning materials and encourage students to review them independently. Students can subsequently check in with our teachers for any doubts and clarifications.

You can cancel your class booking without incurring charges or losing a class from your Class Pack up to 48 hours before the class begins. If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend, a class will be deducted from your active Class Pack, unless you have a valid medical reason.
